The Groove Objective has been together since 2012 and has performed in private parties and venues throughout the Bay Area including, to name a few, Slim’s, The Park and Lake Chalets (named band of the month), The Half Moon Bay Brewing Company, St. James Gate and Bay Celebration party boat.

The Groove Objective covers artists such as Aretha Franklin, Chaka Kahn, Donna Summer, Amy Winehouse, Jeff Beck, Neville Brothers, Robert Cray, Albert King, Curtis Mayfield, Etta James, and Irma Thomas. – to name a few :) With a focus on deep tracks and new arrangements, the band bring songs that sound familiar but guaranteed to feel fresh and new.
